So-Rig Institute is committed to delivering high-quality education and a positive learning experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to amend or cancel your enrolment. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations will be considered.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@soriginstitute.com.au. The date the written request is received by So-Rig Institute is the date used to determine applicable refund entitlements.
Students enrolled in diploma-level or longer-duration programmes must pay the applicable course fees in advance to confirm their enrolment, as per the Fee Schedule. The following refund tiers apply:

* Admin fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from all applicable refunds.
Cancellations and amendments to short course or workshop enrolments are subject to the following conditions:

* Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and must be requested in writing at least 24 hours before the original course start time.
Students wishing to transfer to a different programme, intake date, or delivery mode may request an amendment subject to the following:
In the event So-Rig Institute cancels or significantly modifies a programme before commencement (due to insufficient enrolments, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control), enrolled students will be:
So-Rig Institute is not liable for any other costs, losses, or expenses incurred by students as a result of a programme cancellation or modification including travel, accommodation, or third-party arrangements.
