About This Course
The Free Orientation Course is a short, self paced online introduction to disability support work and life as a So Rig Institute student. The course takes about two hours to complete and is open to everyone, whether you are exploring a new career, returning to work, or supporting a loved one at home.
You will tour the NDIS, meet the role of the support worker, and walk through person centred practice, respectful communication, and the basics of safety on shift. Short videos, simple quizzes, and friendly reflection prompts make the content easy to follow on a phone, tablet, or laptop. By the end you will know whether disability support is the right next step for you and how to enrol in our paid programs with confidence.
