About This Course
HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication is a nationally recognised short course designed for support workers, aged care staff, disability carers, and community care workers. This course provides the practical skills and knowledge required to safely assist clients with medications in line with care plans, workplace procedures, and Australian healthcare standards.
You will learn medication safety procedures, dose administration aids, documentation requirements, infection control, and how to respond to medication-related concerns within your scope of practice.
