4. Enrolment & Programme Terms

Enrolment in any programme offered by So-Rig Institute is subject to the submission of a complete application, acceptance by the Institute, and payment of applicable fees as per the Fee Schedule in effect at the time of enrolment.

• So-Rig Institute reserves the right to decline an application at its discretion.
• Enrolment confirmation is only valid upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Students must comply with all Institute policies, codes of conduct, and programme requirements to remain enrolled.
• So-Rig Institute reserves the right to modify programme content, scheduling, or delivery mode with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
• Programmes may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified and offered an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid.

5. Fees & Payment

Course fees are outlined in the current Fee Schedule available on our website. All fees are due as specified at the time of enrolment. Late payment may result in suspension of access to learning materials and assessments.

• Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• All fees are inclusive of GST where applicable under Australian tax law.
• So-Rig Institute reserves the right to revise fee structures for future intakes. Enrolled students will not be subject to mid-programme fee increases.
• Any applicable taxes or levies are the sole responsibility of the student.
• Requests for instalment plans must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, So-Rig Institute and its directors, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
