HLTWHS005 Conduct Manual Tasks Safely (Manual Handling)
A nationally recognised one day class covering safe manual handling, hazardous task risk, and the use of common transfer equipment.
Australia's most popular first aid course covering CPR, defibrillation, and emergency care for the home, workplace, and community.
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is the most widely held first aid qualification in Australia. The one day class is delivered face to face by experienced trainers and includes everything in HLTAID009, plus the wider knowledge and practical skills needed to respond to common medical emergencies.
You will work through emergency scene management, primary and secondary surveys, CPR and defibrillation, anaphylaxis and asthma response, severe bleeding control, head, spinal, and limb injuries, burns, and shock. The day finishes with realistic scenarios so you can apply your learning under pressure. On successful completion you receive a Statement of Attainment that meets NDIS, aged care, education, and general workplace requirements.

Be the named first aider your team relies on during a workplace emergency or community event.
Hold a current first aid statement to meet most NDIS provider onboarding requirements.

Assessment is competency based across the day. You will complete a written knowledge check covering legal duty of care, anaphylaxis, asthma, and trauma, then demonstrate two minutes of continuous CPR with defibrillator use, anaphylaxis response, and severe bleeding control. A multi casualty scenario at the end of the day confirms your ability to lead a structured response under pressure.
On successful completion you receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, issued under the Australian Qualifications Framework through our partner Registered Training Organisation. The statement is accepted across NDIS, aged care, education, and general workplace settings.
